Hello guyss welcome back.....
Today i will tell about my activity in the kitchen when i was mid practiced for two days, sunday and monday.
Sunday, 7 sep 2019, we just prepare that is make tarlet, garnish and croissant. And me made tarlet,garnish and filling for croissant. For filling croissant me made dulce de leche that is made from condensed milk which is cook for several hours until caramelized then mixcer cream until smoth then add into the milk dulche de leche.
Monday, 8 sep 2019, we started prepare all cake and we began to fill in all types of tarlets and croissants that is Dulche de leche, kompot mangga, bavaroise, dan custard keju. For snack , we made 1 item sandwich made from sour bread. And after that we set up all cake in the rektorat to be assessed by lecturers as our mid practice scores.
After that we back in to the kitchen for general cleaning and the we back go to home. Thankyou.....
