hello guys welcome bact to my blog again...
today i will tell about my activity in the kitchen at 27 agustus 2019 . and today ike yesterday about make croissant and sour bread. and my first actifity today, we started to continue the croissant dough we made yesterday.
after that we continue sour bread, which is proofing at room temperature for one half hour, after that it is moulding and bake. and while waiting for sourbread, we make the dough sorbread again for stock tomorrow, Likewise with other groups.
after that we clear up the working area and then we break and eating together. and the next we breafing and back go to home.
