Today we wiil make lapis legit because our pia successful yesterday ..so we starting make lapis legit because we after been looking recepi and how to make lapis legit by youtube yesterday. in making legit layers, just like making pia is extra patience because the making takes a long time and also we must be careful in the division of dough for each layer
and in my team, in the first trial our product was not accepted by the lecturer because it was too oily, so we made it again and in the second experiment we finally our lapis legit accepted by the lecturer. so it is recommended when making lapis legit in each layer, don't use too much margarine.
After practical finish, we geberal cleaning working area and then break and eating together.... After that we back go to home.
