And this time i will tell about my activity today with my team who get the chance for sell our fast menu food. And my first activity today, removed dessert from chiller and give garnish, then put back in to the chiller. after that we arrange the ingredients that are ready to be cooked again if someone orders. And the customers is lectures and mahasiswa poltekpar. At 10:00 we all ready for reseive orders, and one bye one the customer coming in the kitchen for order provided that you have a coupon for get free food. And for get a coupun, you must follow the instagram MTB GENK. Hari senin, 31 juli 2019,, dimana hari ketiga kami melakukan praktek di minggu pertama semester 5,, dan sama seperti blog sebelumnya yaitu tentang fast menu. Dan kali ini adalah ssya meceritakan tentang kegiatan saya hari ini bersama kelompok saya yangendapat giliran untuk membuka orderan fast menu. Dan tugas pertama yang saya lakukan hari ini yaitu mengeluarkan kue dessert untuk hari ini lalu memotongnya. Setelah itu saya melakukan proses finishing untuk quindim yaitu menggarnis kue tersebut dan menyimpannya di chiller.  Setelah itu kami menata semua bahan makan yang siap diolah untuk pelanggang, dan pelangganya itu adalah dosen, dan para mahasiswa poltekpar sendiri. Dan pada jam 10:00 kami siap meayani tamu sampai jam 14:30. Dan satu persatu pelanggang mulai dstang dan memesan makanan dengan syarat harus mengikuti akun instagram MTB GENK untuk mrndapaktkan kupon gratis. And my first activity today was to make qundim again to continue yesterday's activities and here I made a quindim cake twice. While waiting for the quindim in the oven, I helped the appetaizer team to make pastels, and what I did here was giving pastel fillings made from a mixture of tomatoes, becon and mozzarella cheese and then shape it by using a fork dean how to press it. And yesterday we started opening order for fast menu wich were two days and the first day was " Korean Food "  satarted at 10 : 00 - 14 : 30  here I'm only help a little the Korean food group to serve the buyers. Hmm hari ini saya akan kembali meceritakan kegiatan ssya dan mungkin cerita kali ini jumlahnya agak sedikit dan juga hampir sama dengan cerita kegiatan kemarin karena hari ini saya hanya melanjutkan preparean fast menu. Dan kegiatan saya pertama yaitu membuat qundim lagi untuk melanjutkan kegiatan kemarin dan disini saya mebuat quimdim cake sebnayak 2 kali . Sambil menunggu quindi di oven, saya membantu tim appetaizer untuk membuat pastel, dan yang saya lakukan disini yaitu memberi isian pada pastel yang terbuat dari campuran tomat, becon dan keju mozarella kemudian dibentuk dengan menggunakan garpu dekan cara menekannya. Dan hari ini kami mulai membuka orderan untu fast menu yang dilakukan selama dua hari dan dihari pertama ini adalah makanan korea yang dimulai puul 10 : 00 - 14 : 30 .
