Hello guys, welcme back.....
Today is the first day write out blog again afyer break -+ one month. And now i'm in fifth semester, where did the last practice in the kitchen. And in this semester we have to be better than before.
Okee... I will tell about my activity in the kitchen today.. and wich start from cleaning the kitchen before start preparing... Afterthat we were divide into there group " amerika latin, korean food and croissant group " . And me get american atin group.
After started, we discusion with chef dino about menu fast food and food cost tobe presented. After that we started working what we cloud today. Me and my friend prepareng dessert " Quindim " . Quindim is made dessert from egg yolk, sugar, salt, grated coconut, and milk coconut. Originating from brazil. For make quindim, the first mix egg yolk, sugar and sugar, and then add milk coconut and next grated coconut. After that apply butter to the mould and then put the micxture into the mould, and oven with mould submerged into the water ( bainmarie ). after that we looked back at what I had prepared and then put it in the chiller. After that we clean each work area.
