And i will tell about actifity in the kitchen and today we come earlier at 07:00 o'clock. And today we only make croissant and we divide several groups, namely a group of 3 peoaple. And my group is yusria and jaka.
For save time, we started preparing inggredients, that is flour, sugar, yeast, butter, water, salt, and croissant fat. After that we started make the dough. The first mix all inggredient but not yeast. And then knead the dough for a minutes then put the yeast, after that knead until well than proofing for 60 minutes. After that roll than put croissant fat into the dough, than roll and fold single or double and ( before fold, brush the dough ), And then put into the chiller for 15 minutes fot three times. After that take out the dough then roll and shape.
After all were done, we cleaned working area, and then we eating together. After that we run around kitchen 3 rounds. After that we oneline and breafing than we back.
