Hallo guys welcome to my blog. today i'm want to tell my activity in the kitchen and well about preparing for MID practical today. the first i explaine about preparing to my activity yesterday. at 7:30 i'm go to campus, and arrifed in the campus i standbye front the kitchen while waiting chef aldyno. after the chef aldyno arrived, we preparing all inggredients and i get menu rotasi 1.4. after that we split section and one section two persones and i get dessert.
the first i prepare inggredients for making pie dough and that is: flour, egg, butter, and salt. the first mixcer butter intil soft, and then put the egg little bye little and mix again after that put the flour little by little and the last add salt and then mix again until well. and then roll the dough and put into the mould, after that bake for 15 minutes. then remove the dough and give the custard cream then baked back.
after that i make custard cream and tje inggredients that is : milk, egg, sugar and vanilla. the first warm milk with sugar until well, then put into yhe egg then mix until well.
and today i preoaring all inggredients for open restaurant todaya, and before at 11.00 we preparing inggredients garnish for platting pie and menu dessert today is " Baked Custard Tart ". after that at 11.00 we platting for explaine in the restaurant and office. after that we open restaurant at 12:00 until finish at 13:20. after that we make general cleaning then eating together. and then we onine and ready for back go to home.
