Today i will tell my activity in the kitchen with my group. today i go to campus at 7:50, arrived in kitchen we stand for oneline, once absent one by one and check grooming. then pray according to our belife. after that we preparing for menu open reataurant today. and the firs i'm preparing inggredients for making bechamel sauce.
for making bechamel sauce, the first i make roux that is 1:1 betwen butter and flour. after that add flour and fresh milk then stir until thick. after that add salt, pepper and nutmag powder.

after that we cut potatoes which had been boiling yesterday then add sauce bechamel, mozarella chesee then salamander. after that we fry fish.

After the inggredients ready, we do open restaurant at 12:00 and i'm soon in the restaurant because i'm join to table menier with yusria, widi and other friend. until our restaurant is served by MTH. after finish, we back to the kitchen and wash all toll in pastry with Mifta.
After that we oneline and cgef aldyno came in and explaine about arrangement of materials on the chiller. after that we out do general cleaning then we eat together abd then we back oneline and ready for back go to home.
