Today i come back again, i will tell my activity in the kitchen because i'm final practical. the first i'm go to campus at 7:40 and arrived in the kitchen me and my frinds go to mini library for worked the blog. after that we oneline and ser jaya divede several group and me get main cours. " Konro Bakar ". after that we checked grooming and then we pray according to our believe.
after that we prepare all inggredients, and the first for make peanut saus that is : peeler beans then fried beans until brownish, and then pure beans with water and add soy sauce and brown sugar.
after breaking our fast we do general cleaning. after that we are oneline, after that we pray and get ready to go home.

After that we prepared for make Konro Bakar. and the inggredients that is : Garlic, shallot, keluak, ginger, galangal, lemongaras. after that pure inggredient with water then fry until brown. and for coconut, sangrai coconut until dry. after that cook the spice use wok and then put the coconut then put the beef bone and then cook until the water rinse out. Setelah itu kami bersiap untuk membuat konro bakar dan para peserta yaitu: bawang putih, bawang merah, lengkuas, serai, keluak, dan jahe. setelah itu murni para peserta bersama dengan air dan kemudian menggoreng sampai coklat. untuk kelapa, kelapa sangrai pertama sampai kering. Setelah itu masak bumbu menggunakan wajan dan masukkan kelapa lalu taruh tulang lalu masak sampai air habis.

After that we prepare for make acar and the inggredients that is: cucumbers, chili, carrot, shallot, shalt, suger, and vinegar. and how to make is, the first cut cucumber and carrot the shape of a cubes and then cut to the chili and shallot. after that add shalt, sugar and vinegar then mix until well.

After all menu ready we all platting and then explain in office one by one. and after that we cleaning the work areas. after that we prepare all the food for the breaking menu today in front of the kitchen.
