Hi gays, welcome to my blog. Today I will tell you my activities today. the first i'm go to campus at 7:30 and arrived in the campus i directly oneline and absend one by one. after that we into the kitchen and oneline in cool kitchen. after that we pray according to religion respectively, then we take a picture  with senior because last day they are incharge.

after that we prepare for the menu open restaurant.and the first I prepare the ingredients to make sauce jalangkote that is big chilli, small chilli, red onion, garlic, salt, sugar. after that we cut onion, garlic and chilli then chop until smooth.

After that we make jalangkote sauce, the first saute garlic and shallot then enter all chilli then add water, then give flavor. then let stand to boil.

After that we prepare the ingredients for the menu tomorrow, and my group get the main course section "Sushi". the First we take the shrimp in the freezer then remove the skin then put in the chiller and the other we make batayaki sc and teriyaki sc.

after that at 12:00 we do open restauran and me with other friends who follow table manner go to restaurant and lunch there. and there we were served well until finished. after that we go  to the kitchen and do general cleaning. then we ate together. after that we went back to do gc and cleaned chiller and freezer. after that we sat in front of kitchen while waiting ser ical. after ser ical finished we pray and back go to home.
