After made the fermented cassava on previous day, in this morning my team was tried to made the Apang Paranggi again, when baked processed our batter was expanded and rised, but when it out from the oven our Apang was tough, and the result was same like yesterday. Because there weren't teams that succeeded to made Apang, then we were stopped to made it on this week because the supply of rice flour was run out.
After that we continued to prepare for the contemporary snacks from the black sticky tape, and my group started preparing tostbread and started making fried ice cream. before frying, ice cream is put in the refrigerator for several hours. After that we started fried the ice cream
after that we fry the ice cream, then we go into the office and show the lecturers the results of our products and thank God the lecturers accept them.
After that we cleaning the working area, after that we break then lunch....
