today I will start my first try. but before that I will go back to the pumpkin drying process and grind the pumpkin that I have dried at home, then filtered to produce fine flour like flour in general .. after that I began to test using pumpkin flour that I had made as a substitute for sticky rice flour in making putu cangkir. the ingredients in making original putu cups are rice flour, glutinous rice and sugar, and here I will replace glutinous rice flour by using pumpkin flour that I have made before. and the results of this first experiment were not as desired because the cup noodle mixture was not binding (failed). The reason is the possibility of improper steamer or pumpkin flour itself so in the second experiment the lecturer suggested replacing rice flour using glutinous rice flour. after that I cleaned the work area and after that went back to the lobby to make a resume about the first trial.
